I know it's a little late, but I just thought of something.  How about
regular gpg users (or users of other OpenPGP compliant systems) bring
your key fingerprint and a photo ID so we can sign each other's keys?

If this is Greek to you, or if you think I'm being goofy, never mind.
On the other hand, publicly-available strong encryption will only
become more important as time goes on.
